At Bella Noor Skincare, we appreciate your business and kindly ask that all clients review our appointment guidelines before booking.

To provide the highest level of care and service, we limit the number of clients we see each day. Because appointment times are reserved especially for each client, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so before 6:00 PM the day before your appointment.

Late cancellations, last-minute rescheduling, or no-shows will result in a $50 cancellation fee charged to the credit card on file.

This fee is not intended as a penalty. It helps protect our appointment schedule and allows us to continue serving all clients fairly.

Credit Card Requirement

A valid credit card is required to reserve an appointment.

Your card information is securely stored on file through our booking system. If the cancellation policy is not honored, the card on file will be charged the applicable cancellation or no-show fee.

Appointment Reminders

Appointment confirmation emails, reminder emails, and text messages are provided as a courtesy.

Not receiving a reminder does not exempt a late cancellation, last-minute reschedule, or no-show from this policy. Clients are responsible for remembering and managing their scheduled appointment time.

Guest Policy

To maintain a calm, safe, and professional environment, we kindly ask that clients attend their appointments alone.

Guests, children, friends, or additional visitors may not be permitted during the appointment unless approved in advance.

Gratuities

Gratuities are appreciated but are not included in the price of services.

Bella Noor Skincare accepts gratuities through Venmo or cash only.

High-Demand Appointments

Due to high demand and limited appointment availability, confirmed appointments are reserved specifically for each client.

If an appointment is not properly confirmed, or if the cancellation policy is not followed, Bella Noor Skincare reserves the right to cancel or release the appointment time to another client on the waiting list.
